Services

Residential Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

The EPC provides prospective buyers and tenants with energy information about the fabric of a building and offers advice on improving it’s performance. Buildings are rated A-G.
Our Consultation Service: Rented properties must achieve a rating from A to E. If the rating is an F or G, and the property is not exempt, the rating needs to be improved on. We can advise landlords what they specifically need to do to improve their rating.

Residential Floor Plans

Floor plans are a vital marketing tool helping home buyers and sellers promote their property 24/7 on websites and portals. Not only do they make a listing stand out, they help buyers visualise a property & ‘mentally move in’. Our 2D colour floorplans are high-quality JPGs that can include company branding. Our London based studio allows us to be in control and produce plans quickly.

Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA)

Legionella is a bacteria found in man-made water systems & thrives in certain temperatures & stagnant water. Inhalation of contaminated water droplets can cause a type of pneumonia called Legionnaires’ Disease. Our Elmhurst trained legionella assessor will highlight any issues present at a property and recommend appropriate measures of control.

Lease Plans

Lease Plans are an essential element of buying and selling land. HM Land Registry must have a clear understanding of the extent of the land and be presented with good quality plans. HOT Property plans are Land Registry compliant which include an Ordnance Survey map, colours relating to the Lease and a detailed plan of the property and it’s boundaries.

Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

The Commercial EPC assesses a building by giving a standard energy and carbon emission efficiency grade from A-G. It comes with a recommendation report that outlines how the building’s performance could be improved. Like our residential EPC Consultation Service we can advise landlords what they specifically need to do to improve their rating.

Commercial Floor Plans

HOT Property Commercial floorplans are a useful insight into the current layout of the premises. The high-quality detailed 2D plans, can include company branding, colours and any information relevant to the commercial area.
